Sphere Solutions are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager for a long-standing construction client. Office based this is a great opportunity to show case your marketing and digital / media experience to promote an outstanding organisation.

The role:

• Create and deliver marketing strategies in collaboration with the management team
• Strategically plan media campaigns/posts to highlight the companies’ achievements / ongoing projects
• Plan and create branding strategies for development sites
• Promote and encourage the apprenticeship programme
• Recruitment campaigns, advertise all live vacancies
• Develop, maintain and update the company’s website
• Create a regular digital staff newsletter
• Assist and recommend marketing material / branding
• Monitor competitor trends, innovate new mediate marketing campaigns
• Monitor post-performance and drive continual improvement
• Manage the Facebook, X, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts

What’s required:

• Educated to degree level and/or demonstrable relevant experience within marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media related campaigns
• Project portfolio, highlighting previous campaigns and examples of work
• Creative flair and innovative approach to campaigns
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
