Senior Site Manager

I’m seeking a Senior Site Manager with regional or main contracting experience to deliver a £5m commercial project. Taking control of the whole project lifecycle, initial site based in Bideford, North Devon.

• £50,000-£55,000 & Package

With a regional office in Exeter and a sustained pipeline of work locally this will suit someone living in Mid / North Devon as projects will be local and as far as Exeter.

You will be supported by a visiting Contracts Manager and an experienced commercial team.

The role:

• Project lifecycle management – site set up through to delivery and handover
• Management of the site team and sub-contractors
• Site safety inspection, ensure compliance and regulations are always adhered to
• Site reporting, chairing progress meetings etc.
• Quality checks
• Client liaison

What you need:

• Experience as a number one on projects up to £5m – D&B experience ideally
• Good IT skills and experience in using construction management applications
• SMSTS, CSCS, FAW, trade, or academic qualification considered
• Full UK driving license
• Continuity with previous employers is a must
