Assistant Site Manager

My client, a leading house builder would like an experienced and ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join their team for a site in St Austell.

• £45,000 – £48,500 + Car Package

Do you want to work for a regional developer who prides themselves on creating a quality build?

Duties:

• Assist with the management of the site team and the supervision of sub-contractors
• Co-ordination of all sub-contractors and directly employed staff
• Assist the Site Manager in driving production of the site, building to programme and budget
• Ensure a high level of health and safety at all times
• Liaise with the NHBC

Suitable candidate:

• Proven track record in house building at a similar level
• Strong organisational and communication skills are also required
• SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS card
• Able to work with an experienced team to assist the development of yourself and others
