I’m pleased to be working with a highly successful Tier 1 contractor, to recruit a forward-thinking, methodical and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Commercial team.

My client would benefit from someone with a proven background in managing the Values part of a project.

• Manage any client change valuations
• Liaise with the wider commercial team to identify where there are areas to save money and effectively find more value for money
• You will report to a senior, working together to head up changes and valuations on this multi-million-pound project

Applicants must have experience at QS or Senior level, no junior level candidates on this occasion.

Package:

• Salary up to £70,000 depending on experience and qualifications
