This year marks a huge milestone for Sphere Solutions as we celebrate 20 incredible years in construction recruitment. From our humble beginnings in Cardiff in 2005 to becoming one of the UK’s leading construction recruitment specialists, our journey has been filled with growth, challenges, and success.
To kick off this special year, we recently held our Annual Breakfast Meeting, bringing the entire team together to reflect on 2024, celebrate achievements, and lay out our exciting plans for 2025.
A Morning of Celebration & Strategy
Our Annual Breakfast Meeting is more than just an event—it’s a time to recognise the dedication of our team, acknowledge key milestones, and refocus on our shared goals.
This year, we started with an electric Conference Energiser led by Matt from Rock & Roll Experience, setting the tone for a high-energy, collaborative day. A huge thank you to Matt for getting everyone involved and reminding us just how powerful teamwork and enthusiasm can be! 🎸
Following this, we recapped 2024, a year that saw eight months of strong performance, a few tough challenges, and a solid finish. We also looked ahead to 2025, with a focus on:
