Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage and optimise costs on our construction projects. This role is crucial in enhancing margins while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring cost control and value for money.
• Oversee procurement, including selecting and managing subcontractors.
• Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Process monthly payments and final account settlements.
• Conduct external valuations and manage project cashflows.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial efficiency and risk mitigation.

Key Requirements (Skills & Experience)

• HND or higher qualification.
• Professional membership of MCIOB or RICS preferable (or working towards qualification).
• Experience with different methods of construction, including Timber Frame.
• Previous experience working with strategic partners.
