The Role

As Site Manager, you will take a leading role on large-scale education schemes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Working alongside a highly experienced team, you’ll be responsible for managing all site-based activities, coordinating subcontractors, and liaising closely with clients and the internal project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and programme adherence
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site teams
• Maintain excellent client and stakeholder relationships
• Monitor site progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions
• Drive health & safety standards across the site
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering large, complex construction projects
• Strong background with well-regarded regional or national contractors
• Experience delivering high-value education or public sector projects preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications essential
• Full UK driving licence
