Now over two years into his role, Dafydd has developed into a key member of our Trades & Labour team in Cardiff. Initially joining as a Trainee Resourcer, he has grown into a skilled recruitment professional, working closely with Christian Francis to support clients and candidates across the sector.

With a background in telesales and customer service, Dafydd has sharpened his ability to engage with candidates, understand client needs, and deliver exceptional service. His communication skills and people-first approach have been instrumental in building strong relationships within the industry.
