Starting as an industrial window fitter, he honed his skills as a carpenter and painter before transitioning into the role of an SMSTS Assistant Site Manager. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Neil has contributed to the successful completion of numerous projects throughout his career.

 Beyond his technical expertise, Neil brings a unique perspective to the industry with over seven years of experience in construction recruitment. His deep understanding of the field has allowed him to connect top talent with leading companies across various regions of the UK, fostering strong partnerships along the way.

 Outside of work, Neil is a devoted father to three daughters and a passionate rugby enthusiast. He channels his love for the sport into coaching and managing the “Dodger 7s” team, a community-driven initiative aimed at promoting mental health awareness within the realm of sports. Through his leadership and dedication, Neil continues to make a positive impact both on and off the field, inspiring others to strive for excellence and compassion in all endeavors.
