Selin’s journey in the construction industry began in 1989 when she joined a Construction Chemicals Manufacturer as a Customer Services Co-ordinator. Over time, she progressed to the role of Technical Sales Representative, where she honed her skills in client engagement, product knowledge, and providing excellent customer service.

With over 15 years of experience in Construction Recruitment, Selin has developed a strong understanding of both temporary and permanent placements within the White and Blue Collar sectors. Her comprehensive knowledge of the industry enables her to effectively match candidates to the right job opportunities, considering the specific requirements and skill sets needed.
