A quality-driven and award-winning residential developer is recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to work on a flagship site in St Austell.
Working with the Site Manager to assist and drive production of this housing site, assisting with the supervision and coordination of all sub-contractors and directly employed staff. Along with assisting and maintaining the highest standards of quality and health and safety. Regular liaison with NHBC, building control

Suitable candidates will have a proven track record in house building at a similar level being advantageous. You will have knowledge of modern construction methods, along with traditional brick and block. Along with recent knowledge of health and safety legislation.

A valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid at work certificates will be required as will as strong organisational skills. This is a quality-driven site with a strong emphasis on attention to detail. If you have been part of an award-winning site previously and have good knowledge of the NHBC you are encouraged to apply.
