Are you an experienced Bid Manager with a strong background in the construction industry? Do you excel in producing winning submissions and leading high-value bid processes? In this role, you will be responsible for managing major bid opportunities across the South West and Wales, working closely with technical teams, stakeholders and clients to coordinate compelling, high-quality proposals. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end bid process for major construction projects
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to gather technical content and develop high-quality submissions
• Produce clear, professional and visually engaging proposals using Adobe Creative Suite / InDesign
• Manage deadlines, bid schedules, and ensure submissions are compliant and delivered on time
• Develop innovative content and strengthen bid strategy to maximise win rate
• Support continuous improvement within the bid function

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience working in a Bid Manager / Bid Writer role within construction
• Strong understanding of tender processes and documentation
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite / InDesign
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines and lead on complex bids
• Collaborative communicator with strong attention to detail
• Ambitious, proactive and eager to progress
