Contracts Manager

I am working with a privately owned, quality-driven, local house builder to recruit a Contracts Manager.

You will act as an integral part of the Senior Management team.

You will report to the Head of Construction and manage a team of Site Managers to ensure all live developments are running to schedule and budget, whilst making sure Health & Safety standards are high throughout.

This is a permanent and full time role offering a package of £75,000 (salary & car allowance) and an impressive bonus scheme as well as other company benefits.

Suitable candidates will possess the following:

• Previous experience in the same role within house-building
• A good understanding of all house-building methods
• Must be happy to cover numerous sites across Devon & Cornwall
