The Role: Customer Services Coordinator
As a Customer Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, handling queries, coordinating remedial works, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support – Handle incoming customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Issue Resolution – Coordinate and manage defects, warranty issues, and snagging reports, liaising with site and technical teams.
- Subcontractor Coordination – Arrange remedial works with contractors and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Record Keeping – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, warranties, and service requests.
- Communication – Provide updates to customers regarding ongoing works and expected completion times.
- Compliance & Quality Control – Ensure all works are carried out to NHBC standards and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in customer service, administration, or aftercare (preferably in housebuilding, construction, or property).
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
✅ Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions.
✅ Good knowledge of housebuilding processes, warranties, and NHBC guidelines (preferred but not essential).
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems.
✅ A proactive and professional approach with a keen eye for detail.
