️ Design Manager – Timber Frame
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Design Manager to join a leading timber frame contractor. You’ll oversee the design process from concept to fabrication, ensuring accurate, buildable solutions for residential schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the in-house design team and external consultants
- Oversee design from planning through to manufacture and site installation
- Ensure compliance with structural requirements and building regulations
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and production teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in timber frame or off-site construction design
- Strong leadership and project coordination skills
- Proficiency in relevant CAD and design software
- Solid understanding of UK building regulations and timber construction methods
