Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tenders for fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and documentation to understand requirements.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.
• Assess project risks and provide value engineering solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of tenders and costings.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Key Requirements (Skills & Experience)

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the fit-out and refurbishment sector.
• Strong understanding of construction costs, materials, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred).
