Groundworks Quantity Surveyor

I’m looking to recruit a Groundworks Quantity Surveyor on behalf of their Tier 1 Contractor Client in the Newton Abbot area.

• Newton Abbott
• Permanent
• £65,000 & Benefits Package

This is an on-site role with some flexibility to work from home or other regional offices so candidates living outside of Devon are still encouraged to apply if interested.

Essential Requirements

• Groundworks Experience
• Proficient with Oracle software
• Professional Qualification or working towards (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent

We are looking for candidates who have an experienced groundworks background and who are familiar with;

• Bills of Quantity
• Cost reporting
• Cut and Fill
• Negotiating contract terms
• Certifying payment
• Assessing applications and variations
