I am looking for a natural leader, to join a project starting imminently in Plymouth, Devon.

This is a superb opportunity to join a forward-thinking growing contractor who are about to start a design & build scheme within the education sector.

Your new role will consist of:

• Managing all on-site teams, ensuring both programme and budget is on track.
• Ensure that all on-site policies and health and safety procedures are adhered to.
• Liaison with the commercial team from pre-construction to completion of projects.
• Monitoring site activities, site programming and planning.
• Chair site meetings and liaise with the client and their representatives.

You will suit this role if you possess the following:

• Proven track record as a Project Manager on new build commercial projects, ideally within the education sector.
• A good all-round knowledge of the construction processes and modern construction methods.
• Good programming and planning skills; being able to utilise Power Project would be advantageous.
• SMSTS, CSCS, FAW essential
• Must be able to obtain a DBS
• The ability to work in a live environment, acting in a confidential and professional way.

On offer:

• Salary £65,000-£70,000 depending on experience
• Car Allowance of £5,000
