Our client, a leading regional contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of fit-out and refurbishment projects nationwide. Role Overview

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring the profitability and successful delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects. You will oversee cost management, procurement, and financial reporting while working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial and contractual aspects of nationwide fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare cost estimates, valuations, and financial reports.
• Procure and manage subcontractors, ensuring best value and compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage contractual claims.
• Provide accurate forecasting and budget control.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor within the fit-out or refurbishment sector.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive cost efficiencies.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
