Quantity Surveyor

I’m currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a commercial team on a permanent contract

• South Wales
• £40k – £45k + Package
• Permanent

They specialise in the following areas:

• Foundation Solutions
• Drainage & Infrastructure
• Hard Landscaping
• Bulk Earthworks
• Ground Remediation
• Retaining Structures
• Piling Mats
• Civils & Highways
• GPS Controlled Solutions

The Candidate:

• HNC or HND or higher qualification in Quantity Surveying
• 5 years experience as a fully functional Quantity Surveyor within the Construction Industry and experience in Groundworks and Civil Engineering is desirable.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent Communicator with strong presentable skills.
• Able to form constructive working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensuring application debtors are minimised and prompt Final Accounts are settled.

Package:

• Competitive salary depends on experience.
• Flexible working hours available at the discretion of the Director
• Annual leave 28 days + BH
• Company Vehicle or Car Allowance
• Business Mileage
