The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced RC Frame Manager to manage the reinforced concrete frame for a large, high-profile healthcare scheme in Cardiff. This permanent role will allow you to apply your expertise to a landmark project, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the construction process. You will work closely with a dynamic team, bringing your leadership skills to the forefront on one of South Wales’ most important healthcare builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of RC frame construction on a large-scale healthcare project
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain timelines and ensure quality
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in line with the company’s high-value project requirements
- Manage resources and budgets effectively to maximize efficiency and project success
- Address any on-site challenges with innovative and practical solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing RC frames, ideally on large-scale projects
- Strong background in construction, ideally within healthcare or high-value projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage project deadlines, resources, and budgets efficiently
- Commitment to upholding the highest safety and quality standards
