Sales Manager – New Build Homes

Location: Cornwall
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 + Car Package
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role

Sphere Solutions is working with a luxury house builder to recruit an experienced Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the sales process for high-end new-build homes, working closely with customers, solicitors, and construction teams to ensure a seamless home-buying experience.

This role will be split between the office and site, with sites based around Mid and North Cornwall.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of bespoke new-build homes, ensuring targets are met.
• Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry to handover.
• Build strong relationships with buyers, solicitors, and consultants.
• Provide expert guidance on property specifications and customisation options.
• Ensure all sales transactions comply with regulations and company policies.
• Produce sales reports and present updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in property, new homes, or construction.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sales processes and meet targets.
• Full UK driving licence required.
