Are you a chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting opportunity with a global construction consultancy?

I’m seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Cardiff, working on high-profile Data Centre projects.

The Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of complex and high-value Data Centre projects. You will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and ensuring financial efficiency across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert cost and commercial management on Data Centre projects
Prepare estimates, tender documents, and contract administration
Manage and mitigate risks while ensuring project profitability
Work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent)
Strong experience in Quantity Surveying from a main contractor, consultancy, or M&E background
Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction or data centre projects
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
