Senior Quantity Surveyor

I’m currently looking for an experienced  Senior QS to join one of our clients.

• Permanent
• Newport

A very well-established main building contractor in Cardiff, who is looking for someone to work as part of a team on a very major construction project locally, in excess of £200 million in Value.

The role will involve having management responsibilities for a small team of more junior surveyors and reporting to the Commercial Manager on all issues. You will also play a key role in the overall commercial delivery of the project.

Candidates with the following skills and experience are encouraged to apply:

• Background with larger or Tier 1 contractors
• Experience in some management
• Ideally, experience working on larger projects.
