We are recruiting two Senior Site Managers to join a leading Tier 1 contractor on their Major Project in Plymouth. This role offers long-term local work and an opportunity to be part of a high-performing team delivering a complex, high-value build.

The Role

Working within the externals delivery team, you will take responsibility for major external envelope packages, including:

• Concrete frame, Windows, Cladding, Roofing and Brickwork
• You will manage the Trades, Quality, HSE and programme within a highly structured Tier 1 environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working on major schemes with Tier 1/large national contractors
• Strong leadership on site – visible, trade-focused, and proactive
• Comfortable working within high-process, heavily audited environments (HSE, quality, digital reporting)
• Familiar with NEC and Design & Build contracts
• IT literate
• Preferably local – within 1 hour of Plymouth

Qualifications Required

• CSCS (Management level)
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
