Senior Technical Manager

I have an exciting opportunity for you to join an award-winning housing developer as a permanent Senior Technical Manager.

Joining an experienced team of like-minded professionals, you will take responsibility for managing the design and approvals of new build housing, from planning through to completion.

The role

• Manage all sites within the pre-construction stage including programming and reporting
• Monitor and report on; Produce design compliance with technical specifications, contract requirement, planning conditions and ecological requirement.
• Produce design briefs for all new schemes, manage the costs/consultants
• Design reviews, at early stages and house types
• Manage/attend design team meetings
• Technical approvals for section agreements
• Site Visits, reporting on performance and quality
• Deputise for the Head of Technical

What you will need:

• Good experience and knowledge of technical management within house-building
• Good knowledge of procurement of consultants/costings and budgets
• Strong knowledge of Pre-Construction / estimating
• Good CDM knowledge, Principal Designer.
• HND or above in a construction-related subject
• UK Driving License
