Site Manager

I’m working with a respectable regional contractor to recruit a Site Manager to join an upcoming new build education project in Plymouth.

• Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sub-contractors, site labour, material hire, and agency staff.
• Work to programme and budget, reporting any issues or risks that arise.
• Ensure compliance and Health and Safety Regulations are in place and met at all times.
• Liaise with the Contracts Manager and other members of the senior management team.

Suitable candidates:

• SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS Card
• Must have experience working on new build commercial projects, ideally within the education sector.
• Good supply chain management.
• Proactive approach with the ability to work professionally within a live environment
• Must be able to get a DBS clearance.

In Return:

• Salary £55,000-£60,000 dependant on experience
• £5,000 car allowance
• Annual leave – 25 days plus bank holiday
• Pension – match up to 6%
