Site Manager

My client is an award-winning private developer, and they are recruiting for an experienced Housing Site Manager to join an existing site just outside of Launceston.

• Permanent/Full time
• £65,000-£67,000 & Car Allowance
• Cornwall

With a healthy land bank, longevity and successful management team, this will suit an experienced manager with experience of NHBC processes and timber frame build methods.

• Suitable candidates will have a proven track record in house building at a similar level
• Knowledge of modern construction methods, processes and current health and safety legislation
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good local supply chain knowledge
