My client is a well-established, forward-looking construction company specialising in refurbishment projects within the private and public sectors.

- Permanent
Having recently secured new work in and around Exeter, they want to welcome a Site Manager permanently.
Suitable candidates will have experience managing projects from £300,000-£750,000 within the education and healthcare sector ideally.
Are you suitable for this role?
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work and Asbestos Awareness Required
- Must be IT literate, able to communicate effectively by email and use other electronic resources
- JCT experience is preferred
