Site Manager – Externals

I’m looking to recruit a Site Manager with experience in managing external packages.

We are looking to recruit a Site Manager with experience of managing external packages. You will join an experienced site team on a large ££m new build apartment blocks on the outskirts of Exeter. Suitable candidates will have experience managing external works, which will include; brickwork, windows, steel frame erection, and roofing.

The role:

• Quality control/ and package management
• Chair run progress/coordination meetings
• Check, write and authorise RAMS
• Experience with brickwork materials call-offs/management
• Able to work autonomously to drive the programme
• Reporting to the Project Manager to achieve programmes and objectives.

To be considered:

You need to have similar construction experience and a good knowledge of external trades. Along with good IT skills and have SMSTS, CSCS and FAW.

This role can be offered on a Permanent or Fixed term contract until the end of the year.

The Salary is £55,000 per annum.
