Head of Decarbonisation and Energy Services
I’m working with a successful and long-standing property maintenance and refurbishment contractor to recruit a Head of Decarbonisation & Energy Services, on a national basis.

In a nutshell, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of decarbonisation projects, developing high-performing teams and expanding the company’s market presence.
Applicants must be aware this role will require a lot of travelling, overnight stays and time spent on the road between offices & sites.
Suitable candidates will possess the following:
- CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management & Leadership, or equivalent
- Higher level qualifications within construction or similar
- Experience within a similar role is essential
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pitman Excel Cert – advantageous)
- CSCS Managers card
- Must have a proven background of leading teams through change and complex challenges

- Salary ranging from £70,000-£75,000 depending on experience and qualifications
