The role holder will be responsible for the day-to-day running of their works package and for ensuring work is carried out safely in accordance with the latest drawings, specifications, and programmes.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with the workforce, supply chain and other stakeholders to assist in achieving both the projects and corporate health and safety targets and objectives.
• Ensure that those employed on their work packages have the requisite levels of competency to undertake their roles and tasks.
• Lead supervisory meetings and forums for their own work packages and keep their workforce and supply chain updated with current information and requirements.
