Senior Estimator & Project Manager
One of our clients, an Interior fit-out contractor, is looking to recruit a Senior Estimator & Project Manager to join their team permanently.
- Permanent
- Plymouth – with occasional travel
- £60k plus allowances
The successful applicant will play a key leadership role responsible for accurately estimating project costs and managing all phases of interior construction projects from inception to completion.
Daily duties will include:
- Producing accurate and detailed quotations
- Project managing commercial and educational premises refurbishments
- Develop the project delivery processes, subcontractors, pricing and estimating procedures to deliver profitable projects
- Liaise with the Sales Team
- Create work schedules and programmes for subcontractors to price from
- Create detailed costed quotations
Suitable candidates:
- Relevant and up-to-date qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Estimating or related field
- Proven track record estimating and project management within the commercial and/or educational sector
- Proficiency in construction estimating and project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, FONN
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure

- Salary up to £60,000 for the right candidate
