The appointed candidate will have experience in the installation of M&E and fit-out of RC frame buildings, as well as a thorough understanding of NEC contracts.

Responsibilities will include:

• Create programmes from 1^st principles, utilising M&E schemes, drawings and specifications
• Audit subcontractor programmes
• Introduce and analyse change in programmes according to prescriptive NEC conditions

You will be tasked with the overall management of designated sites, to provide and maintain on-site health and safety, ensuring compliance and standards are always met. Ensure both short and long-term programmes and planning is in place to deliver sites on time and within budget. Regular liaison with the client on progress and attending meetings when required will all be part of this role.

• SMSTS and a good level of health and safety management, RAMS and COSHH

Suitable candidates will have experience using Wincan V7 and/or v8 sewer inspection reporting programme. Must have experience surveying all types and sizes of drainage systems.

• Full UK Driving licence
• Confined Space Certificate (Ideally City & Guilds)

The role will be varied, and you will be tasked with coordinating key design information and working drawing packages to enable the development to be built as intended and to obtain all necessary technical approvals. You will coordinate RIBA stages 2 – 5, assisting in interpreting technical drawings, plans and paperwork, and ensuring all technical and design information is in place. Building predominantly in timber frame, you will have an understanding of modern house building methods.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technical and design information, both architectural and engineering
• Oversee the NHBC/LABC/Building Regulations applications for approval
• Ensure that working drawings are in accordance with the approved planning scheme, and ensure timely discharge of planning conditions
• Design reviews with site teams and external consultants, ensuring all information is present and correct.

• Experience working with a housing developer or from a structural engineering background
