Major office park development next to The Mall at Cribbs Causeway given green light

Plans for a major eco-friendly office park scheme in Bristol have been given the go ahead.

Property developer Baylis Estates has received planning consent for Jupiter Park - a 56,000 sq ft office development that will be built on a three-acre site next to The Mall shopping centre at Cribbs Causeway.

The scheme will have a focus on wellness and sustainability, according to the developers, and will include eight, two-storey office buildings ranging from 2,000 to 20,000 sq ft.

The development will have an A-rated energy performance certificate (EPC), photovoltaic panels, green roofs, and electric vehicle charging points.
