We're a market-leading company in Construction Recruitment, and we're looking for enthusiastic, fearless people with a great attitude who LOVE talking to anyone and everyone. We don’t need any specific experience or qualifications – a great attitude and being able to find your way around a computer is enough to get you started. We’ll give you the rest.
This role is salaried, with commission paid on top for every worker you place. We also run regular incentive schemes as a chance to earn even more moolah.
- Then you’ll settle in at your desk, check your email and work out what you'll need to do that day.
- You'll make calls to candidates, seeing who's about and looking for work - this will be especially important if a client has asked you to find someone for them
- You'll keep in regular touch with your Clients to keep you top of their list when they need recruitment services
- You'll work with our very friendly Support teams to make sure your candidates get their paperwork on time
- You'll also work with our superstar Finance team to make sure your workers get paid on time
- You’ll definitely find time for a giggle or two – we love a bit of banter in the office!
- In amongst all this, we’ll offer you training, coaching, and career progression, so you can achieve your maximum potential (hey, another cheesy line!)
